WATTLE PARK SAINTS BASKETBALL CLUB 

COMPLAINTS HANDLING POLICY

 

If you have a complaint, please consider:

  • Discussing the issue with your Team Manager and/or Coach. They can contact the Age Group Coordinator for further guidance.

  • Discussing your concerns with the  Age Group Coordinator if you feel the issue has not been appropriately resolved by the coach and/or team manager.  

If you wish to take further action, complaints can be put to the Wattle Park Saints committee in writing. In order to allow the complaint to be discussed at the next committee meeting, written complaints should be received 14 days ahead to be added to the agenda. The club secretary prepares each agenda and written complaints should be submitted to info@wattleparksaints.org.au.

 

Please be mindful that an issue regarding another child in most cases should be voiced by their own parent or guardian.
